When you schedule an appointment with Therapeutic Moments, you are reserving a dedicated block of professional time exclusively for you. Your reservation is for this appointment time, rather than solely for the massage service itself.

Because this time is specifically reserved and unavailable to other clients, cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Any deposit paid toward an appointment becomes non-refundable once the appointment is within the 24-hour cancellation window. Missed appointments or cancellations within this period may also be subject to the remaining balance of the reserved appointment.
